EBU Direct prides itself in providing you with the highest quality copiers, enabling you to reduce operating costs wiith our low price guarantee. We offer the following warranty on all our new and recondition copiers
  • Two-year replacement guarantee on circuit boards, motor and scanners.
  • 60 day all parts and labor that may be necessary to return the copier to working condition.
  • Drum warranty comes with a 6 month, 60,000 maximum copy drum (photoreceptor) warranty.
  • Every copier is cleaned and tested by factory trained technicians. We welcome customers to come inspect our process prior to delivery. All copiers are shipped fully insured.
